These seeds are now licensed by the Indonesian government and are supported by experts with over 50 years of experience in tobacco cultivation. Appearance & Construction: 15/15

The Gran Cigarro has a very smooth wrapper with excellent construction. Both ends of the cigar are well-made, indicating careful craftsmanship.

Aroma: 13/15

The aroma from the wrapper presents grass and woody notes. The cold draw reveals peppery notes, hinting at the flavors to come.

Flavors: 26/35

Upon lighting, the cigar opens with strong peppery flavors, specifically cayenne and white pepper, accompanied by wood undertones. The flavor profile remains consistent throughout, with pepper and wood being dominant. Towards the end, bread and vegetal notes emerge, adding a slight complexity.

Burn & Smoke: 14/15

The burn is even, the ash is white and firm and the draw is good, though the smoke is not particularly inviting. It produces a steady amount of smoke that, while not overly thick, is adequate for a pleasant smoking experience.

Overall Enjoyment: 16/20

The cigar is still enjoyable, though not particularly complex, making it a solid choice for a straightforward, peppery, and woody smoking experience.
